here is my what i eat in a day, healthy edition!! so in the morning i ate greek vanilla yogurt with fresh berries, for a snack i had two pickles (they are zero cals, dont judge) and for lunch i had flat bread with hummas! then i went to my pilatese class later in the day and for a drink, i brought water and put sliced cucumbers in it; for dinner i had chicken alfredo with some green tea with no sugar (green tea helps with bloating)

ok you guys ! this pilates are really making a difference in my bod !! im also doing cardio for my legs and stomach but ya !! im so happy and thsi is motivation for all you guys out there; dont give up if a person like me can do it than so can you darlings! keep your heads up and keep on moving !
