Hello! My name is 10Claws, and I give discord templates and alterhuman related post. Today's post is about alterhuman journals! Alterhuman journals are technically considered gear, but don't have to be considered gear. Often referred to as "therian journals", these journals can be used to document things like phantom shifts, your therotypes, etc. Heres some things you can add to one! · List animalistic traits you have. These traits could be traits you share with your thereotype/kintype, or just animalistic behaviors in general. I recommend using different symbols or colors to differentiate said traits and behaviors. · Log your shifts and thoughts. This one is kind of easy to follow, but let me try and explain anyways. Basically, list any type of shift you have, whether it be a phantom shift or mental shift, it's still good to write down. Make sure to write the shifts in detail too. It'll help if you are trying to find your thereotype or kintype. ·List your thereo/kintypes. If you already know what your thereotype and/or kintype is, I recommend listing it. List things like what animal/ creature it is, how it looks (if you have had a dream as said type before, if you are a cladotherian you don't have to label this), memories, etc. · Make a reflection page every month or two. List the things you may feel different about. For example, if you listed a thereotype that you were kind of unsure about in the past, you could write about how you finally found out what that thereotype was. You could also write about the actual species of your thereotype. (Optional) Make a gear wishlist :3
